Good chess sets at affordable price are not easy to come by. We were looking for one that will complement our customer's homes. Each felt-bottomed piece is hand carved of seasoned sycamore, stylized, polished, and decorated with brass inlays. The birchwood board with pine box closes with brass hinges.
